Our Service includes educational articles and guides about blockchain, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and DeFi, interactive learning features including quizzes and calculators, an AI-powered chat assistant for answering questions, personal note-taking functionality, progress tracking with energy points and achievements, and a learning roadmap and curriculum.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

Account Tiers

We offer Free and Pro account types. Free accounts include access to articles, limited chat (3 messages per day), and basic features. Pro accounts include full access to all content, expanded chat (30 messages per day), notes, bookmarks, and premium features.

Subscriptions and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers, scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission, use automated systems (bots) to access the Service excessively, impersonate others or provide false information, harass, abuse, or harm other users, or use the AI chat feature to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content.

Our Content

All content on Papyrus, including text, graphics, logos, and educational materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your Content

Notes you create remain your property. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your notes to you. We will not share your notes with third parties or use them for any purpose other than providing the Service.

AI Assistant

Our AI-powered chat assistant is designed to help explain educational concepts. AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. The AI does not have real-time market data or current news. AI responses should not be relied upon as financial advice. We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI responses. Daily usage limits apply based on your account type.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. This includes warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of content.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAPYRUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or is fraudulent or illegal.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
